This commercial site can be accessed through the Internet network at www.mfprofissional.com (designated as “Site”) and is open only to users with private access also through the user name and password provided by the administration of the same (designated as “Buyer”).

All orders made on the Website require prior consultation and full and complete compliance with these Conditions of Sale (“CGV”), available on the Website. The CGV governs the relations between MF Profissional and any Buyer who makes a purchase through the Website.

As CGV may be subject to alterations at any time by MF Profissional, without prior notice. The CGV may not, in any case, be subject to alterations by the Buyer. The CGV in force will be presented on the Website for the occasion of carrying out an order for the Buyer on the Website.

If any of the various provisions of these GTC become invalid if the application of a legal provision or of a judicial decision is followed, as other provisions remain in force.

Entrustments
Buyers
The Buyer declares that all of these CGVs have been cleaned and oiled before the effectiveness of his/her order on the Website.

The Buyer, in order to legitimately carry out an order on the Website, must be at least 18 years of age and have legal capacity, or be the holder of a parental authorization that allows him to make orders on the Website.

MF Profissional reserves the right to request all Buyers to confirm their identity or that they have parental authorization, and to refuse the Buyer’s entrustment if the latter does not provide the requested data.

The products marketed on the Website are only sold for resale and are not linked to a professional activity of the Buyer. Consequently, each order by a Buyer is unlimited at the level of its total value.

Products
The products proposed for sale by MF Profissional are only presented on the day of consultation by the Buyer on the Website.

MF Professional cannot, in any case, be held responsible for the images shown to be erroneous. On the other hand, MF Profissional cannot be held responsible if there is no adequacy of the descriptions of the products presented on the Website when these are delivered, since errors do not affect the essential characteristics of the product, we refer to the article 8, No. 1 of the Defense Law. MF Profissional will inform the Buyer within a limited time that it undertakes to deliver the selected products to the Buyer by sending an email with purchase and shipping details.

In case of cancellation of an order due to late shipment, the Buyer must inform his/her opinion of canceling or altering his/her order, or at the latest, within 14 days from the date initially scheduled for delivery of the order.

Verifying the hypotheses of this paragraph, MF Profissional undertakes to reimburse the Buyer whose payment has already been debited as quickly as possible and, or at the latest, within 14 (fourteen) days from the payment. In these cases, no compensation will be paid to the Buyer by MF Profissional.

Prices
The prices of the two products indicated on the Website are only available so that you have access to them through the user name and password provided by MF Profissional and are only presented in Euros, including all applicable taxes, transport charges will be automatically calculated and recorded in purchase completion page.

MF Profissional reserves the possibility of altering the prices of products and transportation at any time and without prior notice. The prices applied to the buyer’s order will be indicated on the Website at the time of validation of the order on the Website by the Buyer.

Payment
MF Profissional has a payment system by bank transfer, with orders issued as soon as confirmation is sent to the email address geral@mfprofissional.com.

The total amount to be adjusted for the order is indicated to the Buyer on the Internet page that summarizes the set of two elements of his order. Before proceeding with payment, the Buyer has the possibility of verifying online the details and the total price of his order, as well as correcting any errors.

Payment is due on the order only by bank transfer. It will only be oil payments in Euros. If the Buyer’s payment is not defective or rejected by the bank, MF Profissional reserves the right to cancel the shipment of the order. All new orders made by this Buyer may be suspended or canceled by MF Profissional.

The products remain the full and complete property of MF Profissional until the moment of complete collection of the invoiced products, including expenses and taxes.

The payment constitutes the last stage of validation of the order. The Buyer may alter, at any time, any two elements of his order in order to validate his payment. Thus, the payment has been confirmed by the Buyer, the physical order is validated and becomes definitive. All orders imply payment.

The Buyer will receive an e-mail from MF Profissional that does not address the e-mail that has been indicated, accusing the receipt and summarizing the elements of the order made.

Validation of the Order
When the order is confirmed and the payment validated according to the method provided above, a summary is displayed in a version to print and save the Buyer’s order, mentioning, specifically, the references of the order. MF Professional sends an email message, or as quickly as possible, to correct the email provided to the Buyer that includes, but is not limited to, the following information:

The identity, as given by MF Profissional;

The legal rights and guarantees available to the Buyer.

Delivery
Upon confirmation of bank transfer by the Buyer, MF Profissional will treat the order accordingly.

Orders must be delivered to MRW at the indicated delivery address for the Buyer when placing the order on the Website. Any alteration of the destination location of the order after the validation of the same payment will not be issued in cash. Delivery will be made within 48 to 72 hours in Continental Portugal.

Non-open territories: All territories outside Continental Portugal.

If, for any reason, MF Profissional cannot proceed with delivery on the scheduled date, the Buyer will have the option of maintaining the order by extending the delivery period or proceeding with its cancellation against a full refund. In accordance with Decree-Lei No. 24/2014, of February 14, the Buyer benefits from the right of free resolution for fourteen (14) days counting from the delivery of your order without justifying the reasons and not paying penalties. We advise the Buyer to keep a shipping receipt of your order, provided by postal services. or refund of non-conforming product(s) or with hidden defects, such as shipping charges, for the bank account debited when the order is received within three (30) days after receipt of the non-conforming product(s);
or exchange non-conforming product(s) or with hidden defects at the Buyer’s request within three (30) days after receipt of non-conforming product(s). The shipment of the product(s) to the Buyer is supported by MF Professional and second to the present CGV.

Law applicable and jurisdiction
